About Us

Khan's Rez is a family-run establishment, created by the father-daughter team of Mr. Naeim Khan and his daughter. The story of Khan's Rez began serendipitously in 2004, when Mr. Khan opened his home to one of his daughter's campus friends, providing a safe and supportive space for a student far from her own family. This moment sparked the idea to redevelop their property, creating a welcoming environment where students could experience both independence and family-like support.

In 2018, Khan's Rez expanded with a second property, exclusively accommodating male students, offering the same supportive atmosphere. To date, Khan's Rez has been a “home away from home” for 87 graduates, many of whom have formed lifelong friendships during their stay. Looking ahead to 2025, Khan's Rez is excited to open a third property designed for young professionals, offering a unique blend of independence and community.

What sets us apart at Khan's Rez is that we aim to make student living simple! Offering super clean premises, units that are fully furnished and ready to move in, as well as the comfort that life's chores are taken care of... we add a touch of luxury to student accommodation!
